Muay Thai Training

Muay Thai training is offered 3 times a day, every day. During each 90 minute session our expert Thai trainers will adapt to your ability and help you to improve your technique.

Fitness

HIIT Fitness sessions are offered twice per day, 6 days per week. Prepare for an effective all over workout as our certified Personal Trainers motivate you to achieve new personal bests every session!



Yoga

Accommodation

On-site, spacious Accommodation is included with all of our packages. All rooms are private en suites that come with free wifi, air conditioning and a balcony (often with a view of our naughty monkey neighbours!)



Swimming Pool

Your accommodation includes access to our beautiful on-site, half-Olympic size swimming pool.



Gym & Free Weights

Between training sessions, feel free to make use of the gym facilities where you’ll find a wide range of free weights, cross-fit equipment and of course boxing equipment.



Opportunity to Fight

Filled with honor and tradition, participating in a real professional fight with a paying audience is a major goal for many of our guests – if that’s your aim, we’ll prepare you every step of the way.

If you’d prefer to stay out of the ring, you can always buy tickets to come and watch – it’s a great night out!

Sightseeing Experiences

Rest days are important, and at Lanta Muay Thai Academy, we know how to have a good day off!

From kayaking and boat trips around picture perfect islands, to visiting hot springs and climbing temples – the perfect rest day experience is included in every package, every week.

Note: Activities will vary based on weather conditions and group size.



Group Hiking Activities

Every week we having a short hiking activity, whether that’s heading off to the south of the island to hike through the jungle in search of Koh Lanta’s waterfall, or perhaps being accompanied by a canine companion as we participate in dog walks along the beach with our friends at the Animal Welfare Centre.



Thai Cultural Experiences

Join us on our weekly cultural experiences – visit the old town temple and browse the handcrafted souvenirs sold throughout this old Thai fishing village, or participate in guided meditation with Buddhist monks during our regular visits to the International Meditation Centre.



Local Market Trips

Koh Lanta has markets every day – every week we’ll choose one to visit where our guide will introduce you to the best places on the island to pick-up local, fresh produce.



Weekly Poolside BBQ

We’re sure you’ll quickly become friends with our trainers and the other guests training with you – but it’s nice to see each other with the gloves off too!

Join our trainers at the weekly poolside barbecue to catch up and celebrate the week’s successes!

3 Meals Per Day

Eating out can become expensive, with our All Inclusive & Weight Loss Packages our Thai chefs will prepare you a tasty breakfast, lunch & dinner every day at our on-site restaurant.

If you’re on the Weight Loss package, don’t worry, our Personal Trainers will prepare a meal plan that works for you and your included meals.



Optional Detox

If you want to start with a bang, or perhaps have a cleanse at any stage of your training – just let us know – we’re happy to provide an effective, optional detox at any time, as part of your package!



Water Bottle & Unlimited Refills

When you’re training hard, you’ll need to keep hydrated!

Our All Inclusive and Weight Loss packages will provide you with a special Water Bottle that you can refill, free of charge, both at our hotel, gym and at a wide range of businesses across the island!
